Terms of Use — Vakt-i Namaz

These terms govern the use of the Vakt-i Namaz app provided by Toprak Labs. By downloading and using the app you accept these terms.

Use

Vakt-i Namaz is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app in accordance with applicable laws.

Prayer times and accuracy

Prayer times are based on the official data of the Turkish Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet) and astronomical calculations. We take care to present times as accurately as possible; however, due to device location, clock settings, OS limitations or differences in data sources, exact accuracy is not guaranteed. For critical matters, please verify with local official sources.

Notifications

Timely delivery of adhan and reminder notifications depends on your device’s battery optimization, “do not disturb” mode and OS settings. Toprak Labs is not responsible for delays or missed notifications caused by these settings.

Intellectual property

The design, code and content of the app belong to Toprak Labs and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied or distributed without permission.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toprak Labs is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
